All items sold by Gate8 BMX are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties. These vary by brand and product and are dealt with on a case by case basis. To make a warranty enquiry please contact us and one of our team will contact you to resolve the issue. When contacting us please remember to include as much information as possible regarding the warranty.
If you believe your item to be faulty or it has been damaged in transit please contact us or call our team prior to returning your item. If your product is faulty we will refund the cost of return up to a maximum of £10 or arrange for a courier to collect (UK only).
